Imagine Building Design promotes itself on the principle of “relationship marketing”. The majority of commissions come to Imagine Building Design by way of referrals from existing clients. This method of marketing reflects our philosophy of creating quality relationships with clients. This is achieved by friendly, clear and up front communication matched with a quality design service that meets the aesthetic, functional & financial requirements of the client.

A number of projects have been on-sold and have provided large capital gains for the client. This highlights the incredible value for money that our services provide. A number of our clients see our services as an investment with large returns rather than an expense. Because of this excellent value and our top level service a number of clients have used Imagine Building Design for subsequent projects. One client has used Imagine Building Design for over 30 different commissions.

• First International project in Brisbane, Australia started mid 2002.
• Employed first team member – Steven Dixon, as an Architectural Technician in July 2004.

The majority of work is produced using modern computer technology. All detailed drawings are produced using the latest CAD software. Technical specifications are compiled using word-processing & spreadsheet software.

Presentation drawings are produced as computer generated renders, freehand artist impressions or a combination of both.
