This brief for this renovation was for a bright, light and spacious weekend retreat which made the most of the stunning views and be suitable to let out as a holiday residence. The existing house was incredibly dated. The interior was very dark and cramped. The upper living spaces were completely gutted and new wall openings created. This lightened the space considerably and opening the interior to the sensational coastal views.
