After an over budget false start with a large housing company this client turned to the expertise of the Imagine team. After an initial deep dive into the brief and budget a exciting process ensued. Knowledge and communication are the key to every successful project.

Special attention has been given to site position to balance the axial view towards the mountain whilst maintaining orientation to maximise solar gain during the cooler seasons. The open plan living-dining-kitchen provides superb connection to outdoor living as well as a framed view of Mt Taranaki.  Strong lines are achieved with the negatively detailed plywood pitched ceiling. All delivered within budget!
