This new architectural home features above code specification for energy efficiency. This is delivered through high performance uPVC door & window joinery, Panelise prefabricated walls, super insulated floor slab and airtight construction methods. The airtightness is will be tested and measured which is a voluntary process but necessary when designing for energy efficiency. The benefits of this high performance design are a house that requires minimal heating or cooling, lower power bills and a healthier environment due to the better air quality delivered by a mechanical heat recovery ventilation system.
