Cox Residence

Two opposing wedge forms that pass each other define the building form. The wedge to the living spaces is skillion roofed which mimics the slope down the site which is further accentuated with the lounge at the end of the house set lower “at the bottom of the slope”. The long slim plan serves the twin purposes of access to the valley views and connection to sun & light.

“We used Tony & the Imagine team for our new build in Urenui. We relied on Imagine for the core of our build and are very pleased with the result. We found Imagine really listened to our brief and were able to capture the things we most wanted within their concept. We were happy to use their knowledge and skills to a large degree but found them very good at drawing out what we were about and wanted. We feel the fees and charges were fair value for money and are sure that they have been captured in the value of the house. We would definitely use Tony and the team again and have recommended them to family and friends.”
