A dilapidated restaurant in a 1910 cottage is transformed into a vivid and exciting Mediterranean restaurant with original handmade Moroccan light fittings, Tunisian colour scheme and brand new kitchen. The design incorporates carefully researched detailing such as the Islamic influenced arches, authentic artefacts and a new bar. The rationalisation of space insured an increase in seating capacity, efficiency in the kitchen and improved relationship between the spaces.
